Inner and outer deburring/chamfering cutter set 3 pieces

Three-piece internal and external deburring/chamfering tool set, ideal for repairing damaged bolts and fasteners. Designed for use with power tools to achieve fast, clean and consistent results on a wide range of materials. The set covers all external deburring tasks with diameters from 3 mm to 35 mm, as well as internal deburring tasks with diameters from 3 mm to 19 mm. The large deburring tool has five tungsten carbide cutters for smooth cutting even on larger bolts and fasteners, which suits a commercial vehicle workshop. Both the smaller deburring tool and the countersink are fitted with a 1/4-inch quick-release shank, which allows the bit to be changed easily. The selection in this set covers the most common deburring jobs in the workshop.
External deburring/chamfering tool 3–19 mm: HSS blade, 1/4-inch shank, speed 0–400 rpm. Chamfer angle: 50 degrees (approx.).
External deburring/chamfering tool 13–35 mm: 5 tungsten blades, 9 mm shank, speed 0–150 rpm.
Internal deburring and countersink bit 3–19 mm: alloy steel, 1/4" shank.
Effective on stainless steel, hardened steel, mild steel, copper, brass, wood, fibreglass and hard plastic.

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on size and weight. Small items ship by courier and are free on orders over €100. Tool cabinets, tyre equipment, compressors and generators ship on a pallet, and delivery is charged separately. Very large machines are quoted individually before dispatch.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only - the driver will not carry goods indoors. Please make sure someone is there to receive it and that you can move it.

Check the pallet for damage before signing the driver's note. Note any damage before you sign and email us photos.
