Medium-strength pipe fitting sealant. Ideal for fine threads on hydraulic, pneumatic and general fittings. Fast curing.
LOCTITE® 542 is designed for locking and sealing metal pipes and fittings as well as other cylindrical metal joints. The product cures in the absence of air between metal surfaces. The product prevents loosening and leaks caused by vibration and shocks. LOCTITE 542 is thixotropic, so it does not drip after application to the surface.

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on size and weight. Small items ship by courier and are free on orders over €100. Tool cabinets, tyre equipment, compressors and generators ship on a pallet, and delivery is charged separately. Very large machines are quoted individually before dispatch.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only - the driver will not carry goods indoors. Please make sure someone is there to receive it and that you can move it.

Check the pallet for damage before signing the driver's note. Note any damage before you sign and email us photos.
